2.2 Next-Generation Agent Eco-Platform

SIA is a Web3 infrastructure and business ecosystem project for AI Agents, aiming to create a super AI entry gateway into Web3 and establish the world’s first dual-cross network (spanning Web2 and Web3, and different systems and platforms) capable of providing Agent-as-a-Service. This forms a super-automated peer-to-peer intelligent network, providing users with more convenient, fair, secure, and low-cost services.

SIA consists of Agent implementation logic, data structures, and governance rules stored in smart contracts. The SIA platform is composed of 8 functional modules from bottom to top: Infrastructure Layer, Data Layer, MCP Toolset, Agent Development Layer, Platform Core Layer, Frontend Interaction Layer, Application Development Layer, and User Access Layer. Based on this ecosystem platform, resource providers (computing, storage, etc.), various Agent developers (Providers), and supporting tool developers (Providers) can quickly and conveniently integrate into the ecosystem and automatically and seamlessly interact with various service providers within the ecosystem based on the standard SIA Protocol.

Super Agents are the entry point to the business ecosystem, adopting a natural language interaction interface similar to GPT. Super Agents can automatically identify and decompose task goals based on natural language input, schedule different Agent tasks, integrate output results, and interact with smart contracts and underlying computing and storage network nodes.

The specific execution of SIA is supported by nodes in the SIA Blockchain. The functionality and interaction between these nodes are implemented by the SIA Protocol. Smart contracts running AI Agents communicate through the SIA Protocol, regardless of whether these smart contracts are within one blockchain subnet or across multiple blockchain subnets. The SIA Protocol communicates between different smart contracts based on a high-throughput, low-latency consensus mechanism.

SIA Blockchain is a new generation underlying blockchain system that integrates various Agent and AI capabilities. It is completely decentralized, providing a transparent and trustworthy production relationship mechanism for Agent developers, data storage providers, computing providers, AI Agent users, and other parties. From individual intervention to service, until the entire settlement process is automatically completed. Based on the service capabilities provided by different individuals, rewards are given based on their respective contributions, and the reward rules are completely open and transparent, operating through smart contracts.

SIA will be a complex system composed of a large number of Agents, and the system is open and completely decentralized. SIA incorporates the management capabilities of computing and storage into a distributed system, fundamentally upgrading the capabilities of traditional blockchains and related extended services. SIA defines a complete set of protocol specifications for interconnections between blockchain systems in Agent scenarios, ensuring system automation and high fault tolerance consistency.
